Not outside the mess of life.
Inside of it.
The Well was created for people who are deeply self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and quietly exhausted from trying to hold everything together on their own.
Because healing isn't just about understanding yourself. It's about learning how to stay connected to yourself through ordinary life: the laundry, the relationship ups & downs, the stress, the bad body image days, the moments where you quietly wonder when you stopped feeling like yourself.
The Well was
built for you.
Your daily Diet Coke stopped being a drink and quietly became a coping mechanism.
You buy lunch out more than you'd like because deciding what to make feels impossible.
You keep looking at old photos and wondering when you stopped feeling like that version of yourself.
You aren't burnt out enough to stop functioning, but not okay enough to feel fully present either.
You finally understand your parents in a way that makes you less angry and more sad.
You are scared the things you love in your life will slowly start to fall apart.
Your nervous system
learns by doing.
Insight reaches the mind.
Experience reaches the body.
You've already analyzed your patterns. The Well helps you work with the layers underneath, the ones that don't shift through analysis or willpower alone.
The body learns through repetition.
Every time you experience regulation, grounding, safety, softness, connection, or rest, your nervous system learns that state more deeply. Over time, those feelings become easier to access in everyday life.
The shifts show up in ordinary life.
In how you respond to stress. How deeply you rest. How quickly you return to yourself after hard moments. How much compassion you have for yourself on the days that used to consume you.
The shifts are often subtle at first. Then one day you realize: you're softer. More present. Less constantly bracing against your own life.
Your place to return.
A healing space designed for real human life, not a perfect routine.
The Library โ 80+ experiences
Structured pathways, one step at a time.
Some of what's waiting inside.
A place to exhale, reconnect, and remember you're not carrying it all alone.
Each Tuesday we gather for a guided journey or grounding practice, to settle back into yourself and reconnect with what you're actually needing beneath the noise of the week.
After the practice, we move into small breakout groups for gentle conversation. No pressure to perform. No fixing. No having the right thing to say.
Some weeks you share something deep. Some weeks you just talk about how overwhelmed you feel by laundry, work, your body, ordinary life. All of it belongs here.

No searching. No spiraling. No trying to figure it out alone.

The Well ยท Experiential Healing Membership
Hi, I'm Madeleine.
I created The Well after noticing the same thing over and over again:
People deeply understood themselves, but still felt disconnected from themselves in everyday life.
Not because they were failing. But because insight alone doesn't automatically create nourishment, support, regulation, connection, or change.
The Well was built to bridge that gap.
Inside, you'll find guided experiences, nervous system practices, healing series, and weekly support designed to help you reconnect with yourself in real, tangible ways.
Everything here is created or carefully vetted through years of client work, pattern recognition, and real-life application.
Because healing isn't just about understanding yourself. It's about learning how to stay connected to yourself while living a real human life.
Real members. Real shifts.
"They're like meditations, but they hit something way deeper than any breathwork or meditation I've ever done."โ Maya R.
"Feeling more regulated, present, and connected to myself has changed the way I move through everyday life. I feel safer in my own mind and body."โ Jamie L.
"It's the first healing membership that's actually felt like support woven into my real life instead of another thing I was failing to keep up with."โ Sarah M.

Honestly answered.
The Well is built for real life, not perfect routines.
There's no pressure to share, no advice-giving, and no performing healing. You can listen, share lightly, or pass entirely. The goal is to leave feeling a little more connected, grounded, and human, not fixed.
Sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.
The experiences are designed to help you actually feel shifts in your body, nervous system, and everyday life, not just relax for a few minutes and move on.
A place to return to yourself โ again and again.
Weekly nourishment woven into real life.
