After the practice, we move into small breakout groups for gentle conversation. No pressure to perform. No fixing. No having the right thing to say.

The guided onboarding series is the first thing you'll see when you join. From there, Tess helps guide you based on what you're actually moving through, so you never have to sort through everything alone.
How much time does this actually take?
Daily practices are typically 6โ€“10 minutes. Healing journeys range from 20โ€“45 minutes, and longer series are designed to move at your own pace.

What are the Tuesday check-ins like?
Each Tuesday at 7pm CT we gather for a guided journey or grounding practice, followed by small breakout groups for gentle conversation and reflection.

There's no pressure to share, no advice-giving, and no performing healing. You can listen, share lightly, or pass entirely. The goal is to leave feeling a little more connected, grounded, and human, not fixed.

Sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.
Is this too spiritual or woo-woo for me?
Curiosity and openness are enough. The Well works on a felt, experiential level, not a belief system. You don't need prior experience with energy work or shamanic healing to begin.
How is this different from YouTube or a meditation app?
