Soul Squad Membership Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your membership in the Soul Squad Membership ("Soul Squad") provided by The Energy Studio ("Provider", "we", "us"). By subscribing to and participating in Soul Squad, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Membership Overview

The Soul Squad Membership grants you access to a variety of spiritual resources, including but not limited to: guided shamanic journeys, energy healings, community support, and exclusive content. Your membership provides access to these services on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until canceled.
  
  
• You will be charged automatically each month on your renewal date.
  
  
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date.
  
  

3. Refund Policy

• All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes payments made for missed sessions or unused content within the membership.
  
  
• If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to Soul Squad until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
  
  

4. Termination & Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  
  
• Violation of Community Guidelines: The Energy Studio reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, with no refund issued, if you violate the Soul Squad community guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, disrespectful behavior, harassment, or disruptive actions that affect the well-being of the Soul Squad community.
  
  

5. Community Guidelines

• As a member of Soul Squad, you agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all participants.
  
  
• Harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
  
  
• You are expected to engage in a positive and constructive manner within the Soul Squad community, including group sessions, discussions, and any other group activities.
  
  

6. No Substitution for Medical Services

• The services offered in Soul Squad, including energy healing and spiritual guidance, are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare services.
  
  
• You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in Soul Squad, you acknowledge that The Energy Studio does not guarantee specific results from the services provided. We do not accept responsibility for outcomes or for any emotional, mental, or physical changes resulting from your participation.
  
  
• You agree to release The Energy Studio from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the services.
  
  

8. Amendments

• The Energy Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
  
  
• Continued participation in Soul Squad after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided through Soul Squad, including but not limited to content, videos, audio recordings, and written materials, are the intellectual property of The Energy Studio and are protected by copyright law.
  
  
• Members are prohibited from distributing, reproducing, or sharing any content outside of the Soul Squad community without explicit permission.
  
  

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.
  
  

By subscribing to and using the Soul Squad Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
